HTC Tiara - Full Phone Specifications and Full Price

HTC Tiara is a mobile phone that powered by a Dual-core processor with 1.2GHz clockspeed.

The phone is equipped with 1GB of RAM, and runs the Microsoft operating system Windows Phone 8.
