SDHC / SDXC, is a Memory Card, made ​​by Toshiba with EXCERIA series, with a transfer rate speeds up to 95 MB / s.

There are 3 series EXCERIA:

• Type 1: The controller is equipped with the latest and provides the fastest data transfer speeds, with a read speed of 95MB / s and write 90MB / s.
• Type 2: offers a read speed of 95MB / s and write 60 MB / s.
• Type 3: type HD has a read speed of 90MB / s and write 30MB / s.
