Fujitsu Arrows F-07D. The world's thinnest cell phone, this phone has a thickness of not less than 1 centimeter, only 6.7 millimeters.

Phones that use this Android OS 2.3 Gingerbread has 512 RAM and 1GB of internal memory. According to the plan, Fujitsu will launch this phone to market in 2012 in Japan.
