Acer Stop Using Thunderbolt and Choosing to use USB 3.0

Edit
Intel has just introduced the second-generation Thunderbolt interface that offers two times higher speed than USB 3.0. But it did not make the Acer impressed and will not use Thunderbolt in its products.
Quoted from Cnet, Acer will not be using Thunderbolt in its products, but they will be using USB 3.0.
The main reason Acer of using USB 3.0 is compatibility and price implementation. Acer says that USB 3.0 offers a price that is not too expensive and is a good alternative.
This is quite contradictory to what they reveal in 2012. As we all know, Acer is the company's first Windows PC that uses the Thunderbolt interface products. And now they say that will no longer use that technology.
